Work through the Tabs in this order to get yourself familiar with SATs Boot Camp and all of its features:

On this tab you will revise for your SATs by working through 25 Maths topics and 25 English topics. You will also test your knowledge with revision tests.

On this tab you will take practice SATs tests online. You can also take the past SATs tests.

On this tab you can view the test scores for all of the tests you have taken.

Collect Hero Coins as you take tests, then spend your coins in the Avatar Shop. Hero Coins are rewarded the first time you take a test (but not on any test retakes).

Check your position on your school’s leaderboard, if this feature is enabled.

1. Watch the videos on this topic.

2. Take the tests to check your knowledge on this topic.

3. Collect Hero Coins as you take tests, then spend your coins in the Avatar Shop. (Note: Hero Coins are rewarded the first time a test is taken, but not on any test retakes).

4. Once you have completed a test, this topic will show a green tick on the main screen to show you have completed the topic.

Some browsers (such as Chrome) no longer support Flash files (which are used to build games) - instead, the game or test will download onto your computer, which is annoying! It might also return an error page or one that says "Resource not found" - please choose your browser from the list in the instructions section below, and follow the steps to stop this from happening.

iPads and iPhones: Apple has never supported Flash on iOS devices (iPad or iPhone), so if you are using SATs Boot Camp on an iPad or iPhone you will need to switch Flash links from ON to OFF.

Using the Revise section on a computer: you can also choose to NOT show these Flash links for each day - simply flick the switch to off. Note: you will need to flick the switch to off each time you use this page - your preference will not be remembered so that you can choose if you want these links to show or not, each time you revise.

If you find a link showing that you believe should not show when the switch is OFF, please report it via the "Report a broken link" feature on the right of this page.

First, you need to install Flash: click here to install or to check it is installed - click on the "Check now" button once the page opens to check if Flash is already installed.

Using Chrome as your browser
1. If you are a Chrome user, please find instructions here - scroll down the page to the heading "Change your Flash settings" and click on the blue writing "Allow sites to run flash" to view the instructions.
2. Chrome users can also add this Chrome extension which is highly recommended.

Using Safari (on Mac) as your browser

Using Firefox as your browser
1. Open Firefox and click the Tools option on the top-right of the screen (looks like three horizontal lines).
2. In the drop-down, click the option called Add-ons.
3. Of the options on the left side of the screen, choose Plugins. It looks like a blue box.
4. Scroll down the list of Plugins until you find Shockwave Flash (this is another name for Flash Player).
5. Now click the drop-down box on the Shockwave Flash plugin and choose "Always Activate".

Using iPads and iPhones
Apple has never supported Flash on iOS devices (iPad or iPhone), so if you are using SATs Boot Camp on an iPad or iPhone you will need to switch Flash links from ON to OFF.
